How it works

    Order while logged in

    Guest orders don’t earn loyalty. Make sure you’re signed in before you checkout.

    Earn 10% back (stamps)

    Each paid order adds 10% of the subtotal to your loyalty balance, and you collect a “stamp” (after any discounts & before delivery fees).

    Redeem

    After your 5th stamp, you’ll see a “Use Loyalty balance” toggle on the Review Your Order page at checkout. Turn it on to apply your balance.

    Use it all (no rollover)

    Your balance is applied in full to that order (up to the subtotal). Any leftover is not carried over. If your total drops below £1.00 after using Loyalty, we add a surcharge to bring it to £1.00

    Balance resets after redemption

    After you use your loyalty, your stamps reset and your balance starts again from 10% of that order - and you also receive a new stamp.

Where can I see my loyalty balance?

In your Account under Loyalty, and on the Review page during checkout.

Does delivery count?

You earn 10% of the subtotal (after any discounts). Delivery fees don’t earn loyalty and aren’t discounted by loyalty.

What if I forget to log in?

Only logged-in orders earn stamps. Guest orders don’t earn loyalty.

Can I partially use my balance?

No — it’s applied in full on the order you choose to redeem. Any leftover isn’t carried over.
